Purchase Security Insurance?

Does anyone have a link to the PDS/Terms and Conditions for the Citibank Gold Card's Purchase Security Insurance (the one that gives you 90 days protection against loss/theft, etc.

I've had something which I might be able to claim, but I don't have the PDS.

Any links or anyone able to email me in PDF, I'd be grateful.
