I am having trouble getting points onto my Acquire account. I have done the 'request missing points' thing, but it does not recognise my QF flight numbers (WTF?) however my return flight was recognised and credited. Strangely it was on the same booking but they did not work out my outward flight had not been credited.
Yes they always ring to tell me missing points have been credited, but leave no number, just a message.
There seems to be no other way to get this sorted. I have sent a 'General enquiry' asking to be contacted, to no avail. There is no contact number and I'm somewhat frustrated.
(Interestingly, one cannot add an Acquire number if not done at time of booking, but before travel. Seems obvious for those who forget in the moment or use a TA to book)
