Where is this questionnaire? Would fill it out, even if I don't get points - as long as it doesn't annoy me with multiple pages & take more than 5 minutes to complete.

It is one that the Qantas Advisory Panel are asked to complete. The panel is a range of different frequent flyers who were invited some time ago.

IMO it is extremely clear the person/s that wrote the questions have a marketing focus. They're not asking the right questions to base commercial decisions upon. The questions are far too generic and don't cut to the root of what you would hope they are trying to achieve.

Interesting none the less!

Happy to keep sharing these if people want - I think it does give an insight into where QF are thinking to a certain extent. I also think it is a way for them to see where people like me are spending our money.

hmmm... I'm supposedly still a member of this advisory panel... even got a happy new year greeting. But I haven't been invited to participate in a survey for a long time! Last one was about F PJs... whenever that was. I see everyone else is still getting lots of invites.
