I just got it now - you're right - it looks like they might wanting to chage the SkyBed2? I've never tried SkyBed2 - only SkyBed. Only flown P on the QF 380.

The CX seat is getting a big rap from me - especially the ability to run my own IFE through the in seat screen. The SkBII IS a great seat - the new CX J is just better.

I wouldnt be expecting any change soon but this might be linked to outfitting options on the 789 when the come in 2014?

CX's new J seat looks amazing. It looks like the the P on QF's 747s.

Hearing lots of good feedback about CX new J. I think US Airways new J seat is the same as CX - same manufacturer.

Look forward to trying it out soon - a J product of such a standard certainly softens the blow of eliminating F on most routes.

I indicated that I had flown QF, BA and CX J and had to answer questions on all of those seats - I assume that if I ha said SQ I would have got asked that as well.

Spot on twice I reckon. New CX product is one of the best. I also think QF are assessing a new plan for the 787. The current Skybed 2 was re-designed essentially for the A380. I have never been a big fan of Mk1 or Mk2. The lack of shoulder/elbow room compared to others and those bumps
