Hi all,

Is anyone going to the Qantas AGM on friday? I am going to be at uni so I may as well pop my head in. The details are:

"The 2011 Annual General Meeting of Qantas Airways Limited will be held at 11.00am on Friday 28 October 2011 in The Sir John Clancy Auditorium at The University of New South Wales, High Street, Kensington, New South Wales."

I don't know, its on upper campus and I've never been bothered to walk there.

Visitors are usually allowed at agms, u just have to register. If I had qf shares id put u down as my proxy. Guaranteed entry rights in that case.

Normally u walk in and there is a visitor registration desk. Some companies have been tightening up admission to agms due to protests etc, but you should be ok as long as you look respectable. Perhaps someone here will push their proxy your way?

Do you have the AGM notice of meeting? This normally, well for other companies, provides details for attending. For a couple I've attended entry is provided by scanning a barcode on the AGM notice.
