Hi folks,
I'm a QFF Bronze status and booked a qantas business class international flight the following year in January with points. I tried to grab the window seat shown in the picture below but wasn't able to do so. Although, I can see that row 1-3 has it seats blocked. I was hoping for either 2A or 2K for my seat in my upcoming flight.
I've done enough research with seat 7A in Qantas Airbus A330-200 and heard a couple of problems due to the proximity of the economy's bassinet. Hence the reason why I am not choosing it. I've heard about the T-80 rule where blocked seats become available prior to departure and that blocked seats are only available for selection to higher QFF status. Is there anyway that I can perhaps select seat 2A or 2K without waiting for the T-80 rule? Any thoughts (especially about why aisle seats > window seats) or comments are appreciated . Thank you.
