Qantas Amex Ultimate Redemption Flight - How to obtain?

Hi everyone, I want to use the free redemption flight on my Qantas Ultimate card.

I phoned the number on my statement was put through to 5 different departments and then told that I would receive a call back, which I didn't.

Has anyone successfully redeemed one of those flights, and if so what number did you call to do it?

Sorry I dont have the number off hand, however, if you ask on live chat, AMEX will give you the right number.

Call the number on the back of your card. One of the options there is for flight redemptions. Can only do so during their office hours which are Mon - Fri.

It's pretty straight forward. Even more so if you already know the flights you wish to book.
