Qantas and TWU to mediate over strike lawsuit | Business Breaking News | News.com.au

QANTAS and the Transport Workers Union (TWU) have agreed to mediate over the airline's legal action in relation to a snap strike across Australia last March.
The case was listed for directions in the Federal Court in Sydney today, but the airline's QC, Frank Parry, said the parties had agreed to try mediation.

The outcome of this case will be interesting.
