Hey Everyone,
I'm travelling quite a bit on JetStar and noticed the other day that us Qantas offers bonus points for eligible JetStar flights for its elite members. In particular, I'm a QF Gold member and per the website, I should be entitled to a 75% bonus on top of the base points I would normally earn. However, when I look at my Qantas statement, I notice that I'm only receiving the base points:
Per the QFF calculator SYD > AVV should yield 1,200 QF base points when booked as a Starter Max (Flexible Economy) fare. Therefore with a 75% bonus I should be seeing 2,100 (1,200 base + 900 bonus) points credited and not the 1,200. Interestingly, if I set my status level to Gold on the calculator (or any other QFF status level) the number of points generated stays the same. Any ideas what's happening here?
Cheers,
