Recently flew to Singapore from Sydney on a QF via Melb with a Jetstar flight to Singapore . Booked by phone Qantas FF travelling Business.. Checked TWICE that luggage would go straight through to Singapore.
YES was the answer. At Sydney it was a No at check in, so we would have to pickup luggage then continue to International Check in. Had we know this we would have booked an earlier flight.
Jetstar total lack of communication. Yes you guessed it, LOST LUGGAGE>:evil:
