Just received this e-mail from QF, it outlines a few changes they've made for anyone using this function (I am, obviously!).

Dear Flashware,

At Qantas, we're always looking at new ways to provide your business with improved reporting via Qantas Business Direct. And this month, we've have added some exciting new features that will benefit your business.

We've introduced a new Credit Voucher Report making it easier for your business to track online credits from cancelled Qantas flight bookings made in the last 12 months. The report captures the value of Credit Vouchers created via Manage Your Booking at qantas.com for bookings commencing from Australia and also shows you the expiry date for each available credit.

Plus, for bookings from December 2009, your Qantas Business Direct Flight report will now include flight bookings made at Jetstar.com when you enter your ABN.

And finally, your Qantas Business Direct Flight report now also captures changes and upgrades to flight bookings. This information will be refreshed for the last 12 months for flight bookings made at qantas.com which means you may see changes to the flight spend information in your Summary report.

These exciting new enhancements are just some of the features we have developed to help make your business travel a breeze.

Click here to access Your Business Newsletter, which allows you to keep up-to-date with Qantas' products and services.

If you have any queries regarding the reports, please e-mail [email protected].

Regards
Qantas Corporate Sales Team
