Your instinct are correct Daver6. The Terms and Conditions show your responsibility an an ABN Holder and Member in Section 7:
A Member = the entity that joined the Scheme with its ABN.
Add to that in Section 10:
So IMHO, the hypothetical traveller does at their own peril with full knowledge of the consequences and had no come back if duly warned. QF aren't going to be lenient. Would you want to lose your Business rewards membership as well as your QFF membership?
