I have dutifully loaded some $$ on my QF Cash card to pay some ATO bills. I tried to process the full amount loaded in AUD on the card (allowing for the .0054 fees), and the transaction was declined. I was able to get a part payment through, with five digits before the decimal point.

Is there something like a $10k limit per day on transactions? I can see the first transaction, and the fees are pending on the QF Cash website. I've read through the FAQs, and can't quite see why either the original larger transaction or the third transaction were declined.

Any tips? Should I just contact QF Cash?
