I'm a bit annoyed, that a friend's 16 yo daughter has just received her new QANTAS Cash card in the mail today !!

Not a previous QFF Member, her mother obtained a Woolworths EDR card, and signed her up for a free QFF account.

Within 7 days, this card arrives !!!

I'm a QC Life Member, and I haven't got my card yet !!!

**** sorry, just realised, there was another post on this ( can't seem to delete it ? )

Given that she has just joined, it makes sense that she would be sent the new QF Cash card rather than the old membership card only for it to be replaced shortly after.

For existing members, I think the timing of the QF Cash card may depend on one's membership anniversary month? I received my QF Cash card a few days ago, a month out from my anniversary. Extract from the covering note:

"Dear AIRwin

Your flight activity this year shows that you may not requalify for your xx_ status... We're pleased to extend your xx_ membership now for a further 12 months in recognition of your support... Inside you'll find your new xx_ Qantas Card, which is ready to be used as your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership card..."

And I am waiting on any card to arrive with my membership year ending this month.......
