Mrs SS was 5 SC short of silver. She then flew Warsaw to Dubai on QF8180 and connected 3 hours later to Sydney on QF8414. In theory once she reached Dubai she would have become silver. Points from Dubai to Sydney have posted at the flexible business bronze earn rate of 15750 rather than silver of 20250, a difference of 4500 points. Is she entitled to the silver earn rate?

She won't become Silver until the flights actually post. Having said that, Qantas are usually pretty good at backdated calculations.

Do you mean they will auto-correct the points? The flights were 4 weeks ago and haven’t so far.
