Hello
Im writing to see if we can get any idea son how to solve our issue. Qantas hasn’t ticketed our rewards flight. Our flights are next week. I’ve been at them daily but there’s always something new each time. I’m so tired of this and it’s ruining our holiday. Can someone please help me! Thank you

If they’re international, have you checked your APIS info? There’s a minimum requirement (DOB) before they ticket.

PS Welcome to AFF. Hope it gets sorted.

Edit: ah, just saw the comment on MH (but it could still be the issue but QF would be aware of that).

Are the flights still on your booking?

If I remember correctly, Malaysian cancels flights that are not ticketed fairly quickly.
it disappeared yesterday but they managed to get it back . So far it’s still showing.

Hello, thank you. I don’t see APIS on our manage booking. Is that more do for US flights only ?

Yes I have. Haven’t heard from them in 24 hours. We are so done with Qantas. The stress this is causing is not worth it
You can't do much else then, realistically. Follow up with the email address again if you haven't received an e-ticket within 36-48 hours of first emailing them. You can also try calling the call centre again.

Also try other websites to see if the flight has been ticketed correctly or not. I found Cathay Pacific's MMB to be quite useful atm.

Try the Qantas Twitter (or X) channel - @qantas. Slow to respond - sometimes 24 hours - but in my experience gets things done.

Yeah.Qf need to get it ticketed! Kerp calling...

No it is for all international flights (in fact the option is there for domestic too)

You will need the DOB entered for all passengers on the booking.

Typically e-ticket wont arrive until this is filled in.

Of course could be something else, but make sure APIS is provided.
