Hi,

I am a member of the Qantas Club, is there an arrivals lounge in LAX that i can use?

No. No arrivals lounge at LAX

Even if there was a lounge you would need to be travelling in 1st or business class to be entitled to access since Qantas Club membership would not provide for arrivals lounge access

What Dave has said is correct.

If however you are travelling onwards on an AA flight you are entitled to use the AA/Qantas lounge in T4 prior to the onward flight.

Any tips - off to Canada and it's my first time through LAX.

I'm landing on QF and departing many hours later (too many) and flying on Air Canada.

What are my lounge options given I am flying J to LAX as a QFF WP and then to Air Canada as a Star Alliance Gold.

Any tips or help appreciated.

aircanada.com - Maple Leaf Lounges states:

Star Alliance Gold members
Any Star Alliance member with a Star Alliance Gold logo on their card is entitled to Maple Leaf Lounge access provided the member is travelling on a departing Star Alliance flight, in any class of service. At no additional charge, the Star Alliance member may be accompanied by one guest who is also in possession of a same-day ticket on a qualifying, departing flight.

I assume you are flying out of Terminal 2 at LAX on AC?

If so, the MLL is right next door to the NZ lounge... which is (universally?) considered to be way better...

Shouldn't be any hassle getting in... as a *Gold departing on a *A flight you should have the choice of lounges.....
