I dont know about you all out there but I enjoy my Cheds and Country Cheese biscuits (the latter seem more reserved for business lounges, the former in both), when I am enjoying the Qantas lounge facilities.

I was devastated today to see no "Cheds" here in Sydney. I sit here now without them...and a bad yellowglen bubbly. On asking the staff I was told there was a new menu (even with new cheeses).

I am dismayed. ....I cant breathe! I want my Cheds

Sorry to hear it!

Yellowglen certainly doesn't sound a selection befitting a 'premium' carrier!

They seem to have added Sweet Chilli Grain Waves to the menu, they are rather moreish washed down with the Yellowglen bubbles ;)

The JQ lounge has passion pop. :P
Please, please tell me the :p meant that was a joke!

ps I really like yellowglen, far more than moet. I must be broken.

Welcome to BQ666 ;)

Yellowglen...

Wow.

Very broken IMHO. The only place yellowglen should be washed, is down the sink, possibly as draino (that said, Moët is cough generally ;))

Bad joke.

Although they may have west coast coolers.

I'd say it's probably about right ;)

Cheds were my main source of nourishment when I first left home to make my way in the world. They alone would be reason enough to go into the QP. :)

Only on AFF could you find a discussion on cheds (which I love but don't dare stock at home) and the merits of various sparkling wines in the same thread:o.

My devastation continued today. Canberra was ched-less as well....just like Sydney. I hope Melbourne knows better this weekend.

Sorry, I must've eaten the last ones (at CBR) on Tuesday morning. :p

There were lots in MEL this afternoon, note the emphasis on 'were'.

Haha... They were still in MEL yesterday afternoon.

I think I might have to move down there.

There's a whole jar full in the ADL QP currenty (but will be less shortly - I'm off to get a few). ;)

OMG - I'm in the Melb QP now and there are no more Cheds biscuits! They've also stopped serving Brie Cheese. Where do I send my complaint? Or, we should get a petition going to bring back the Cheds in the QP (and in my case, the brie cheese too).
[tongue in cheek]

I'd sign it, with or without tongue in cheek.
