We received 2 complimentary Qantas Club invitations through spending on our credit card. We are only bronze Frequent Flyers working our way up.

We will be in London Heathrow in November for a return flight to Australia flying Qantas. We will be at the airport for a few hours, can we use the invite then? Will it be in a Qantas Lounge or British Airways.

In November, Qantas is still expecting to be using Terminal 4 at LHR. No fixed date is set for the move to terminal 3. The LHR Terminal 4 lounge is listed pn the Qantas web site as an Associated Lounge. So technically the Qantas Club complementary invitations cannot be used there. However, I am sure some people have reported success in using them at this lounge. Might be best to call or email Qantas for clarification and try to get it in writing if they suggest you can.

I found the T4 staff lounge quite pleasant and easygoing. They let me have 1 guest (who was on QF2, and I was on QF10) in on Saturday.

I am flying LHR-SIN on BA on 11 Nov and the BA website is saying that is a T4 flight :(

As it will continue to do so pending the confirmation of the migration date.

After which it might (:D) or might not (:() change to T3.

I believe October 26 is slated for the move from T4 to T3 although this is not yes confirmed.
Will be interesting to see if they make the date. Flight details for November flights are still showing as operating from T4, but they will likely not update such details until the move date is confirmed.

Thank you for your replies.

I will take your advice and email Qantas to try and get something in writing with regards to the Associated lounge.

Our tickets do show T4 at this stage. Does that mean if the flight is moved to T3 that there will be a Qantas lounge there?

There will be a lounge available to Qantas status FF members, Qantas Club members and premium cabin passengers. Whether its going to be a Qantas Club or an Associated lounge I am not sure.

Our flights have now been changed to depart from T3 I guess there will be a lounge there. Hopefully we will be able to use our complimentary Qantas Club passes we will be flying Premium economy.
I phoned Qantas and the lady seemed a little vague, she then asked someone else who said that they should be able to be used by us. Although I did not get this in writing.
We are starting our morning very early before our flight and it would be nice if we could relax there before our long flight home.
