I emailed my Qantas Club renewal form to support @Aff a week ago but have had no acknowledgment that it was received let alone sent on to Qantas. I've followed up by email and online enquiry but no response. I'm a bit concerned as my credit card details are on the form. Does anyone have any idea how I can contact AFF support o find out what has happened? Expiry is at the end of the month and I'm heading overseas tomorrow.
 
I am new to AFF and I would like to access the AFF Gold member discount to renew my Qantas club membership, can anyone direct me to where can I get this discount, please? I tried clicking on "get discount" and it says it's only available to subscribers, which I am already. Can anyone help me with this, please? Thanks!
 
I must admit, although it’s many years since I accessed it, that I thought the discount was on the initial one-off sign-up fee rather than on yearly renewal?

it takes a while for AFF to action it so make sure you send it in well before your renewal date.
