Hi I am a Silver Qantas Club member and have complimentary guest pass. My husband and I are going on our second honeymoon to LA on the 11th Sept. Does any one have a spare guest pass so that we could both go to Sydney International Qantas Lounge before we leave. It will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Do you mean you are a silver frequent flyer? If you are already a QC member you won't need a guest pass to take your husband into the lounge.

Thanks Anna, no I am not a Qantas Club member, just have my annual complimetary pass that comes with the Silver Kit. Am hoping someone has a spare.
Cheers

Hi Libran57,

I have a QC guest pass that is due to expire end Oct. PM me if you'd like it - I'm in SJC (USA) so logistics could be interesting.

try looking on ebay.

People are always selling qantas club vouchers. They are usually listed on Saturday or Sunday so have a look then.

Are these the old variety or the new ones that have been issued by QF? I have a couple that expire in March 2009 but have never listed anything on eBay. Has anyone looked at Coupon Connection recently?

If you ask nicely they'll probably let you both in on the one pass.

$42 will get you 2 on Ebay

The passes look legit (including the psuedo holographic "sticker" introduced last year), but as is usual with a lot of Ebay auctions for Qantas Club passes - where do they get them from? The sellers that tend to have "quite a few auctions" tend to be from the UK and sell massive amounts of the passes.

That particular seller has sold something like 20 passes in the last 2 weeks, at an average of $20/pass (pretty much every auction has been "buy it now"). A tidy $400+ .

Is Qantas/Ebay/whoever still blocking ex-Australia auctions of QP passes? I Remember seeing quite a few being cancelled at one stage by Ebay, while the ones based in the UK were flourishing. Even now, QP passes being sold by Australians are very rare.

I know at least one or two people from this site sold Qantas Club invites on Ebay previously (and I still have a printout/copy of one particular auction stored away for later reference), but I think things have tightened up.

Bizzare request from a OWE here. I have a good friend flying to the US towards the end of Sep in whY and wondered if there were any passes floating around (I checked ba97 and the threads here but no-one else seems to slying out of SYD that day that could guest).

Cheers

I Don't, But I know someone who might. I'll get back to you.

I have two legit ones that I'm not going to use. I'm happy to send them to you - just regular post though so it only costs me 50c.

All these Passes going around, if there are any left over, would appreciate one for my wife travelling on her lonesome in November. Returning Jakarta/Sydney/Cairns.
