I requested a discount code through AFF, which was sent, as well as other instructions.

I have followed those instructions (Ring Qantas and get removed from the old scheme).

Qantas staff have not been able to remove me from the old scheme, as they say they require an ABN for AFF.

I have requested this information from AFF, and I have not received a single reply. My Qantas Club is due for renewal at the end of September.

Can anyone help me please?

Dear @Deno,

Thank you for your patience. We’ve reached out to Qantas directly to escalate this, and they are currently investigating the matter. Your effort in helping us identify the problem is really appreciated. It will allow us to help other members who are still under the old corporate scheme!

We’ve sent you a private message with a solution to ensure your Qantas Club membership does not expire, and we’re ready to assist you in implementing it.
