Error
Server is busy or an internal error has occurred in the Qantas Frequent Flyer, online Award booking system. If you have provided your credit card details please check Your Bookings to see if your booking was completed. Otherwise, please try again or contact Telephone Sales on 13 11 31 within Australia or your local Qantas Telephone Sales office to make your Award booking.

Before I couldn't even get to the home page.

Regards
Daniel

PS: Maybe it is because of the Queensland Uni server prob.

Yes, it seemed very erratic today, virtually inaccessible; but it seems back up now.

if you have a telstra feed that is assigning you an IP address beginning with 60 then you will have issues with accessing OS websites as Sprint is blocking the IP range, QF hosts in the USA.

Absolutely sure about that?

I can't find any record of that at all.

www.qantas.com.au=139.163.18.4

IP address is in the Qantas IP space.

Tracert goes to Telstra's IP block in Sydney, then dissapears behind the firewalls.

Hmmm. Think strongly that the website is hosted in Australia in an address in Sydney.

The QF website is local but the bookings etc are US, hence the issue when you try looking at booking/trip info.

I believe the amadeus stuff is hosted in Germany.

Not entirely sure.

I agree though that if your ISP is blacklisted then you would have big issues.

Bigpond used to have massive problems with that... thought they sorted themselves out?!
