Qantas Complementary Lounge Passes - Expiry Extension

Hi Everyone,

I am after your advice on using our credit card issued Qantas complementary lounge passes.

We have used them in the past without issue, however at this time, we have 2 passes expiring in May 2024, and 2 in October 2023.

We have flights booked for January 19 2024 in which we need 4 passes. 2 are obviously sorted, however the other 2 expire before the flight.

I called QFF and they extended the October ones to November and said they can only extend by 1 month? I asked for them to extend by 3 months, however I am finding it difficult to do so.

Has anyone got any tips on how this can be done? As a last resort we will purchase the Qantas club membership at a discounted rate through ANZ.

I do feel QF were pretty generous to extend the passes as is tbh but you may be able to find some joy via the thread (or I suppse see if QF will extend again come November, but I wouldn't count on repeats)
