When messages are sent, in my experience containing passenger information, the flight information can be shown as per below ( using EDIFACT). Not just QF, but an IATA thing.
QF001 SYDSIN 07FEB 1510 2000
QF001 SINLHR 07FEB 2300 0500+1
The +1 indicates next day arrival. The date/time is the scheduled date and doesn't change in event of delay..
If the flight is cancelled and replace with an IRROPS number ( eg QF8xx_), then those details are populated.
