I bought a business class international rtn ticket over a week ago at Qantas online and had my credit card AND points balance debited that day succcessfully. Having booked many times with Qantas I have always recieved the official 'PDF' e ticket within 12 hours - but not this time!
I phoned Qantas (London) and they sent a plain text email 'Duplicate Itinerary' to my inbox with no charges or tax information included (these all say '0.00'). I've just phoned again to ask where the official PDF e-ticket version is and again they have sent through a plain text email with no charges or fare paid within it!
Is there a problem generating official Qantas PDF e tickets (my email settings have not changed) Thanks for any advice. (Leave UK on 3rd May).
