How many on this forum are members of the Qantas Feedback Panel?

"Thank you for flying with Qantas on Flight QF511 to Sydney on the 21/03/2012 08:21. As a member of the Qantas feedback panel we would like to get your feedback about your recent Qantas flight. Please click the link below to answer a short survey:

Thank you again for your participation in the panel and we look forward to you flying with Qantas again soon."

Qantas have really been listening to the feedback and responded to many of the feedback suggestions. I've even received calls (on request) to discuss issues that could not be properley explained in the survey.
Does anyone else have any experiences?

Other threads on this topic. And yes, other AFF members participate, myself included. Have never asked tor telephone follow up to date, as the surveyed flights have not had issues where follow up would be relevant.

As a matter of interest, on what feedback suggestions have you seen responsive action?

The biggest most noticeable change is the wireless in the lounges. It now works!!
Food is the other area which they are currently adressing, i think is a tougher one for them.

I always comment / provide feedback about the flights and the airport service and think they can do things much better by comparison to other airlines.
I would love them to change the way they load and unload baggage to speed up collection at the caroselle, especially for FF. A simple and easy process to fix.
They could learn a heaps from the way Air NZ turn their plans around at terminals.

My point with this post is, if all the Feedback Members collectively focused on a single issue each month Qantas would get a very clear message.

I am on the advisory panel - havent heard much for a while. My domestic flights have been non-events so not really bothered to give feedback - but after last nights delays I might...

I don't mean to burst your bubble, but I think the 50+ page thread on AFF might have had more to do with the improvement to the wi-fi than anything through the advisory panel.

I'm not on the panel but my father is (he is lifetime QP and Silver member), and to date virtually nothing he has provided feedback on has changed. The only thing that has slightly changed is the reduction in the qualification level for Silver, but the change was not exactly in line with his suggestion on the way they should look at qualification and re-qualification. In fact I think that VA might have a mole in at QF reading the surveys because their rolling SC calculation and family pooling benefits are much closer to his recommendations to QF! lol

He has had follow up phone calls to his comments in the past, and the first time his Silver was renewed even though he only had 80 SCs and he was also given some bonus points. The issue that he raised was never fixed though!
