Qantas FF awards

Hi to anyone who can help with your experiences

Is it possible to get Qantas around the world award tickets from Sydney? I've spent a lot of time on the site and I am none the wiser.
If so, economy, business, 1st etc - how many points.
What are the restrictions - say Sydney, New York, London and back to Sydney? Can we choose more destinations?
Is it a flat award point fee?

Hope someone can help me in layman terms with the QFF rules.

A lot of people here think that the round the world (and you don't really have to go around, you can come back any way you like) are the best value use of QFF points if looking at business or first tickets.
