I have booked around world by use point , but when I booked finalised, they charged me 16000 AUD . I wanted to used point only.
but anyway could not , so I asked Qantas to get refund after waited over 1 or 2 hours to get consultant on the phone. That nightmare long waiting time.
I tried myself but always help line pop up right side screen, anyway I ignore and tried but could not make booking around world used points.
So I only be achieved book by multi city booking , also could not get business for most of sectors nor select seat either.

Welcome to AFF @Keiko Mizuno . Did you get your $16,000 refunded OK?

Getting business for many sectors in Around The World (in fact at any time for popular routes) is very difficult. Qantas restricts the numbers of business points seats, and they are taken very quickly. You will have to be flexible with dates and try to book very far in advance.

QF do not have a named "Round the World RTW" product that can be booked with points. Unless multi- city / point to point.

QF do have Oneworld award OWA. Does not need to be RTW, but can be.
Can be hard to all flights as an award on QF ff points.

Oneworld (Qantas and others) have a cash paid RTW products. QF may have sold you that.
As many (new) agents are poorly trained they are easy confused if you ask for "around the world". They may give you what you ask for.
The exact words are important. Unfortunately QF do not have a dedicated team for these complex tickets.
QF also have "points plus pay", which is not award flights.
And

Hope you get it resolved and get you money refunded. (24hrs cancellation)

I hope you can get your refund if you already paid.

Oneworld awards (around the world in points) takes a lot of planning and effort to find the flights.

How do you get to the end of any booking, see an amount of $16000 (it's not like it's hidden), put in your credit card details and select submit? I hate to say it but this post just shouts troll to me.

Surely you would have stopped/paused the booking process when the system popped up and said "That will be $16,000. Please enter your credit card details"?? Why didn't you?
Maybe if you're used to Yen pricing and you didn't notice that it was pricing AUD. But different currency symbols, so really not sure.
