No, it's not related to your account only.coyote25 said:Fair comments odoherty & JohnK I actually have spoken to QANTAS a lot about this issue. First they said it was a widespread temp problem, then I pointed out I knew people who could still access (thanks Macca)
I was then informed it was working for everyone (including me) at which point they tried to log in to my account from their end and got the same problem. I was promised this would be quickly fixed. Well that was Saturday and after another call and a few e-mails still no access.
I'm about to go on a very long overseas trip so I'd like to have access via the internet, anyway we'll see how long it takes to get fixed, I just wish I would get a straight answer and not a guess from the Premiun Desk.
Thanks to those who replied at least I knew that way it wasn't widespread and related to my account only :?
I have used the frequent flyer link saved in my favourites from the day I joined.serfty said:www.qantas.com , qantas.com & www.qantas.com.au have not been working for me where previously they had been ok.
However, I have been able to get around it by using the Frequent Flyer Link: http://www.qantas.com.au/fflyer/dyn/program/welcome .

It will come back again ( unless the reason it goes down is that QF goes out of business ) in which case I am sure that there would be a few posts about that anyway . It isn't as if the loss of the site for a few hours is that major a loss; things can be done on other sites/by phone if necessary
