Qantas First Lounge in Singapore

Service from the friendly & relaxed staff at the SIN F lounge was excellent, and a fantastic example of what can be done with the right passion & team. As my home base, I wish SYD F was close to this good

I couldn't agree more. I won't bore you with my last SYD Flounge experience; suffice it to say that Elsie Low and her team run a tight ship in Sinkers!

I'm currently enjoying a very nice visit to the SIN F lounge. I arrived about 4pm and did some work and admin, had a shower and then sat down to dinner after the SYD and MEL flights had left. Dining area virtually empty. Staff very nice and relaxed and insisted I try a couple of different dishes (in addition to squid and laksa). The spicy prawn wontons were rippers. The "new" lucky duck noodles were tasty enough but after a week in Thailand eating food cooked by a Thai cook who is fond of making things "pet pet", they were a bit bland!

Tattinger rosé offered to me as the pink champagne. Very happy with that. I heard the next table offered Lallier as the brut.

Could you ask what's off the menu?

Absolutely! Make sure you sit at the last tables on the LHS. You should be escorted there if you are F/P1/CL

I chose to sit next door. My escort got a few things wrong, but I am well past offering free advice to others on how to do their jobs.
