Qantas Flight Credit to Pass

Ive been deep diving my email inbox after I recalled having a series of multiple bookings between Aus and NZ immediately pre-covid.
I have located these booking references and noticed that only 3 of the 5 were covered to "Flight Credits" and none further converted to the "Qantas Pass". The expiry of these is still 31st Dec 2023 and I will be wanted to use them.

Wanting to see if anyone has been in a similar situation and if they've had any success with
1) Converting these flight credits to a Qantas Pass?
2) Combining these into a single Qantas Pass?
3) Any luck chasing previous bookings that did not get converted into flight credits initially at all

All 5 of these separate bookings were made on a a single day and as such I deduce should have been treated equally? (EGconverted to flight credit and subsequently again to a qantas pass)

Fully spent Qantas Pass

I have fully spent a Qantas Pass that was converted from a previous flight credit, how long do they still appear in My Bookings? All my previous flight credits disappear as soon as they are used Side note, it is confusing how at a time I had 3 credits only one was converted into a Qantas Pass...

1/ No this appears to be done from QF discretion
2/ No, but there appears to have been some capacity to merge credits at some point, or use a credit for multiple bookings
3/ Bookings all got dealt with one way or the other. Flight credits got archived and purged so had to get refunded (first by being re-instated and then issued for refund)
