Qantas Gold Accelerator w/ DSC Promotion

A question a Qantas Gold Accelerator program.
I understand that a DSC promotion wont be valid towards the 200SCs but would the normal amount of SCs still count towards it? Or it simply wouldn't validate it.

yes, the paid for SC's should count. the bonus won't if that's in the T&C.
