What status level does your membership show? If showing as Qantas Club, then it is quite possibly that the status expiry date has been adjusted by achieving free Qantas Club membership through achieving PC+. So your Qantas Club membership would expire at the end of September 2023. But if you achieve a higher FF status tier, that would map to your anniversary date.
When a paid Qantas Club member receives complementary Qantas Club membership, such as by reaching QFF Gold status, the paid membership is placed on hold and the remaining membership period will resume when the complementary membership is no longer valid. I still have 18 months or so of a paid Qantas Club membership on hold (going way book too many years for me to know just how long), which is no longer relevant to me since I reached Lifetime Gold status. So I suppose my paid Qantas Club membership will resume after I die ... hmmm?
