Qantas Hotels - Issues with their payment system?

Have a bit of a curious one - I've got a fair few hotel reservations in answers (thanks PC vouchers + triple point promos!) and need to update payment details, but it appears that the ability to update them has been taken offline entirely.

I pinged their Live Chat about this, and they advised it's "suspended" with no ETA for it to come back online.

I'm just curious more than anything what would cause a payment system to be down for so long. Anyone heard anything?
