Hi guys,
Hoping you can help me out with this one.
Have just been forwarded an itinerary for flights, and flying Jetstar one way, and Qantas return. I'm trying to get on to Jetstar website to buy the add-on to get QF Points/SCs for the flight, but both the Qantas and Jetstar booking references fail to allow me to modify the booking. Is this because it was booked by a travel agent and not by me? I'm assuming I use the Jetstar reference?
Apologies for the novicey question, this will be the first time I've flown Jetstar so haven't quite figured out their systems yet...
