Qantas will start flying London-Hong Kong this year. A friend just informed me that it was announced in the HK papers today. I checked on the website, but there was no news. I then checked using the timetables section, and it appears as QF30 (I think it goes three times weekly to start with).
Purchase of a Business class BA fare from HK to London currently comes with free limousine transfers (which, let's face it, is worth something in London). I'll be curious to see if QF match it.
