Thanks for the tips, I see link for a JQ flight but nothing for qf, I will put on speaker phone and call againI always have issues using the Qantas lounge pass page on Google Chrome regardless of whether on my PC, laptop or mobile.
Just as a suggestion try using an alternative browser. I use edge on my laptop and Samsung browsers on my phone and have no problems with these on the Qantas lounge pass page

No the pass must be used by the expiry date. In my experience the system will not allow you to link a pass to a flight beyond its expiry date - the pass does not appear as an option in the dropdown list. This matches the t&cs.Hi all… quick question. If a lounge pass expires end July, does the flight have to be before end July, or can the flight be after that time, but the linking must take place before end July? (i guess the question is whether it needs to be valid at time of linking, or time of travel)

Were you able to use the lounge then? I got a QR code for linking my the pass is now expired.It let me link for a Jetstar flight which departed after the pass expiry date, maybe because the system generates a separate barcode for Jetstar flights.
