Hi All,

I have just tried booking 4 Melbourne to Perth Return on Classic Rewards Tickets and I can find tickets going there, albeit via Sydney, but unfortunately I am coming unstuck on a return flight.

I even checked Perth to Sydney and Perth to Canberra, as I couldn't find Perth to Melbourne Tickets, I can see 2 flights via Adelaide and when I check Perth to Adelaide one way and then to book to Melbourne, it says there are no Perth to Adelaide one ways.

Any suggestions from the Qantas Frequent Flyer Brains trust?

The Dates are:

Melbourne to Perth Sep 17
Perth to Melbourne Sep 21

I can see Perth Brisbane on the 21st then Brisbane Melbourne on the 22nd.

Are you looking for all on the one flight as 4 seats is a third of the QF 737 cabin. Do you have to travel together? Try a couple on one flight, and the others on another even if via a different city.

Thank you, but unfortunately going via Brisbane, requires an overnight in Brisbane, I am trying to fly same day back to Melbourne.

I will see if I can separate us, because I am travelling with my 3 kids, which are 19 and 15 year old twins.

No hotel required if you take the 11.15pm flight from Perth arriving in Brisbane at 5.35am.

With the AFL Grand Final on that week it might be slim pickings.

Plus Victoria and QLD school holidays start on 17/9. Great time of year to take the kids to WA so I don't think you will find 4 awards on 1 flight.

OP didn't state whether searching for Business or Economy.

If you are looking for four U bucket, you would be hard pressed to get four even on an A330 even nearly a year out, let alone near school holidays a matter of weeks away.

Given you saw MEL-xSYD-PER availability, you are looking for X.

Here's what EF shows for your dates. There's nothing going back - including a couple of days either side.

Your only option would be to purchase the return fares, I think.

Thank you, I appreciate that and I am currently holding points flights to Cairns, but I had a thought to go and see a mate in WA with the boys as correct, my boys start school holidays on the 17th as well
