qantas pass email not received

I've tried to rebook a flight using qantas credit for flight cancelled due to covid. Received pop up msg telling me qantas has issued a qantas pass in place of credit and that I have received an email with qpass details. I have NOT received this email (searched all inboxes including junk) and know that if I ring qantas I'll be in a wait queue for hours. Can anybody help please?
