Qantas Phone Survey

Well I had the pleasure of receiving a phone call from a survey company speaking to FF about Qantas in general.

They asked things that ranged from Cabin service through to what news stories I'd seen about QF.

It was a bit hard for me to compare them with DJ and JQ as i haven't flown them since last year and the 30 odd flights I've done have all been QF.

I was critical on them, but I hope they take my comments on board!!

Has anyone else had a call like this? It was specifically targeted at Qantas FF.

Methinks the phone survey and the email one (thread here:http://www.frequentflyer.com.au/com...yer-program/qf-anop-survey-tell-us-14979.html) might be from the same people.
