Qantas Premier Everyday Complimentary Travel Insurance

Hi, Hopefully I can ask this question in here.

I am travelling to Malaysia next week (for 2 weeks) and I have the Qantas Premier Everyday card which has the complimentary travel insurance. As this is my second time overseas I was wondering if this would suffice. I'm not looking to do anything too crazy (I won't be operating a motorbike), but would it cover me if I get sick or any injuries? I get that the process may be painful to claim but mainly looking to see if this will suffice or I should get separate travel insurance?

Credit card policies vary wildly, I really recommend reading the PDS thoroughly to know exactly what is and isn't included. Also be sure to check and triple check the eligibility criteria.
