Qantas seem to be having a hard time of it at present;

At least 10 Qantas employees have been suspended amid allegations of accessing coughography on computers at Sydney Airport

Qantas is conducting an internal inquiry and may sack the workers if they are found to be in breach of workplace policies against illicit material, the Sun-Herald reports. The workers, who are part of the airline's operations staff working around the tarmac, are being investigated for viewing, sending or receiving coughography
 
You would think that men and women (yes women too) would have learnt that certain things are not appropriate in the corporate environment.... Yet, somehow people just don't learn.

Some people don't realize how easy it is to track, I know of a certain hardware provider that did a proof of concept with a large corporate on a next generation firewall that presented the findings to the board in the form of some user reports showing the worst offender being a C level exec, they got the deal while the exec got walked.
 
Really hard to get onto other websites on the QF network with out the proper login details (managers). Otherwise everything is blocked.

It doesn't need to be on a website. Someone could have brought it in on a USB stick.
