Is it just me? Gold status, but displaying as Silver?

Debating whether I should give Qantas a call...

Yea worth giving a call. I would check the mobile app, as well as what you see behind "See activity", I am guessing you've done that already. Did you very recently qualified gold? Might take a couple of day to be updated.
When calling probably best to pick the option to speak to frequent flyer team when calling qantas (instead of the booking / reservation team)

There are some quirks going on with SC's at the moment. When is you anniversary date?

Mine is 31-DEC, I had 1200 SC's exactly at the end of last year. Usually on 1st Jan they get wiped. But for some reason the 1200 SC's were displayed all the way through January and then on 1st of Feb they were wiped to zero. I'm now awaiting the 500 SC's that should be rolled over as part of their extension offered last year. Hoping that whatever they will fix up by the 24th February resolves this.

My anniversary is 30th April, so doesn't seem like this is the issue.

It also just hangs when I click on See Activity, so I assume something is bust on their end.

Don't mind waiting till 24th Feb, but my digital boarding passes show "Silver" now (they were defs showing "Gold" yesterday night, so super strange), and I'd rather not get into the discussion at the airport tomorrow morning.

Maybe quickest way to resolve is just to chat to try and resolve it at the lounge tomorrow morning.

The lounge staff won't be able to do anything. You'll need to call the Frequent Flyer Service Centre on ‭131 131‬.

I think the as long as the booking system recognizes your Gold - that is what will be printed on the BP. So I'd suggest checking this with the check-in agent rather than the lounge. I'm assuming here that you are not flying J and hence won't be able to enter the lounge as Silver (although you are Gold) OR call customer care at 13 12 11

Domestic though, so no check-in agent unfortunately.

On the phone with QF now, waiting 40+ mins, will let you all know what ends up happening.

Is this SYD T3 by any chance? I will be there tomorrow morning and can guest you in if timing works.
