There are some quirks going on with SC's at the moment. When is you anniversary date?
Mine is 31-DEC, I had 1200 SC's exactly at the end of last year. Usually on 1st Jan they get wiped. But for some reason the 1200 SC's were displayed all the way through January and then on 1st of Feb they were wiped to zero. I'm now awaiting the 500 SC's that should be rolled over as part of their extension offered last year. Hoping that whatever they will fix up by the 24th February resolves this.

I think the as long as the booking system recognizes your Gold - that is what will be printed on the BP. So I'd suggest checking this with the check-in agent rather than the lounge. I'm assuming here that you are not flying J and hence won't be able to enter the lounge as Silver (although you are Gold) OR call customer care at 13 12 11My anniversary is 30th April, so doesn't seem like this is the issue.
