Dear Hvr

Got a spare 10 minutes? You could grab a coffee, send an email or you could enter the draw to win* 1 of 5 international return Qantas economy flights for you and a friend to your choice of either Los Angeles, London or Hong Kong. And if this isn't enough of a prize, we'll also give you $AUD5,000 spending money to help you enjoy every second of your trip.

Over the years our program has grown and evolved, and with it our members have too. We understand that everyone is different and that there are different ways to use the program. That's why we'd like to find out more about you, so we can shape the program and try to make our communications more relevant.

Well I just got this in my email and filled it out, however when I submitted the survey it came back with an error message and suggested I try again later.

Not really very good if it can't handle a basic submission.

One thing I noticed is that the details are from >one week ago, e.g. points and SC balance.

I got the survey today as well. Filled it out and it seemed to go ok. Interesting thing was this seemed to be run directly by Qantas they didn't get a market research firm to do it. In January I got an invite for a survey that Qantas FF had engaged a firm called The Leading Edge to do. Last year I have also had a survey request from a market research firm called Numbers who seem to do it for domestic Qantas flights. Qantas seem to really like their surveys.

With the latest survey I found question 3 quite funny "Do you ever fly?". I guess there are some people that have signed up to QFF that never fly.
