Qantas Upgrade System Not Working

Hi everyone

I am trying to upgrade some flights through manage my bookings however I having trouble as it is not pulling up the booking properly is any one else experiencing this too?

Yeah unfortunately its not working for me as well, tried Friday to upgrade a couple of flights but has been down since then, I would assume the fault has got something to do with them changing their website around/trialling a new format or something. I had to ring them up to do my upgrades.

Thought that may be the case and will see what happens on Monday if not will take the same action and call them.

I had to put through some requests for a family member today - the system wasn't working during the day but appears to be functioning correctly now.
