Is anyone else having problems with a server error?

Hi

I was just on the phone to them and apparently their credit card link is down which affects the points calculator for all ff bookings. So nothing can be booked until it's fixed.

I'm getting the same message if I try to login to the "Frequent Flyer" link from the Qantas home page (and have been for the last hour or so).

I can however login to the "Manage Your Booking" link ok and do an online check-in ok.
 
Qantas currently have major outage.

It's been affecting most of their systems since shortly after 1pm EST today.
 
grr and i was right in the middle of making a booking then the site failed, right around 1pm.

I haven't tried to make a booking for months, the first time I do this happens - argh!
 
Yep, looks like it's still down - wanted to book a flight today but get the same error message.

I called about 5.30pm, and it was down. The agent said that I couldn't pay for a flight that was being held, until it had been resolved. She also said they hadn't been able to process any payments all afternoon. Must be costing them a bit in lost sales....
 
It is working again now, but I notice Monday's flights have not it the activity statement.
 
The booking I almost completed got automatically cancelled when the system went down, then the red-e-deal seat for the flight was gone.

After a 5 minute chat with a staffer at QF all was sorted out and the original booking reinstated.

Happy camper! :)
 
Looks like there's still a problem, just tried booking online and it timed out when I went to pay via credit card. :(

Update: Tried it again, it got through but there was an error in processing my name -- my Passenger Details name reads undef (AALP.text.Title.SELECT) Darren Kam; looks like it didn't process the "MR" part correctly!

The resulting e-ticket also has "Darren select Kam" .. interesting... I'm sure "select" isn't my middle name... :)
