QantasLink's latest sale for travel very late August through to end of January 2011.

"QantasLink fares on sale from $55* for 5 days only
We have 55,000 QantasLink seats on sale to great regional destinations around Australia, available for departures from 28 August 2010 to 31 January 2011.

Plus, to celebrate 3 years as a Diamond Partner with the National Breast Cancer Foundation, QantasLink will donate $1 to Breast Cancer research for every fare booked as part of this offer.

Sale ends midnight (AEST) Tuesday 1 June 2010, unless sold out prior. Availability is limited and only offered on selected QantasLink turbo prop routes. Offer is not available on all routes."

Ooooh $1 from each fare will be donated to Breast Cancer Research - not relevant to me.. just thought it's cool :D

Link is on the Qantas Homepage - not sure how to check exactly which routes are on sale apart from selecting which city you want to fly from.

Almost as good as the $49 Qantas Link sales a few months ago.
SYD-BNE-LRE-BNE-SYD is quiet attractive now with SYD-BNE and BNE-LRE both currently on seperate sales.

There are less than 5 seats at the special price for the LRE weekend dates, better be quick!

Actually damn, doesn't look like you can fly BNE-LRE on a Saturday :(

Happy I received email. Currently in Alaska & got alert to be able to use PMQ-SYD returns in Sept- Port has been missing from earlier sales

Question... I'm looking at booking BNE-ROK-MKY on QF2308 and then on straight away on 2308 MKY-TSV. The way it's working out at the minute on the multi stop booking engine online is that I'll have to create a new ticket for the stops post MKY as I'd have exhausted the no. of legs on the same day.

There's a 25 min stop in MKY for 2308. 30 min is the listed minimum by QF for ticketing purposes. I'd have no checked luggage, and can do online check-in. Can anyone see a problem with this?

Why not just book ROK-TSV via MKY? I want the extra 10 SCs of course :)

Wont be a problem, just let the crew know your on the plane or get off, go through screening and then get back on!

I was about to take advantage of this and book some seats to Tassie as have always wanted to go there. But the OH stopped me rather abruptly. Turns out I almost ruined my own birthday surprise as he'd already organised a trip to Launceston and Devonport for my birthday...:shock::mrgreen: Well, it's no longer a surprise anymore but I'm so excited - lots of great pinots to taste! :D
