Qatar Business Reward Availability

I'm looking to book a Qatar business reward flight using my Velocity points. It was showing as available at various points over the weekend but I kept getting the pricing error.
I've looked on the Qatar website and it's available to purchase with Avios points. The issue is I only have Qantas and Velocity points.
What's the likelihood of the business reward seats becoming available via Velocity if they're available through Qatar? Thanks!

Question: I've booked a reward ticket with QR from ADL to IST via DOH.

Once I arrive in DOH, do the staff at the QR ticketing desk have the ability to change my DOH-IST flight to DOH- ATH instead?

Do the staff at the ticketing desk have less restrictions than those who work at the call centre. ?

I don’t think we yet know the relationship between availability on QR. vs that on VA for QR Award seats. Personally I’m not expecting much of a useful relationship to emerge.

They probably have more scope to do it ( if they are true ticketing agents). Do you know if there is an actual ‘ticketing desk’ airside?

I also check if the seats are available via BA with Avios, helps that they list how many seats are available too. If they're available on BA then they should be on Velocity too in my experience
