I have booked business class on Qatar (via Qantas classic rewards) from Bali > Doha > Heathrow for mid May-23. When booked initially a few months ago, we received e-ticket from Qantas no issues.
Since then, I have received email from Qatar advising that flights have changed (by 10-15min only) which required a confirmation from myself and that was completed on the Qatar app. No updated e-ticket has been received from Qantas however I can download an e-ticket via the Qatar website.
Am I required to call up Qantas each time there is a change for them to re-issue the e-ticket to myself?
